Association Always with Children is inviting you to attend the opening ceremony of “Let my hair be your hair” exhibition.
In the hall of Vračar Municipality, visitors will be able to get a glimpse of project conducted by the association of citizens battling childhood cancer “Association Always with Children”, made possible by Municipality Vračar.
On ten photographs, we will showcase the public haircut event held in Čuburski park. During this event, hairdressers have given a free haircut to every citizen willing to donate their hair for making of wigs for children battling cancer. We also had some children-friendly activities, for our youngest citizens.
This was only a portion of the whole project that exhibition was named after – “Let my hair be your hair”.
Everyone interested can still donate their hair to our association. We will send the hair to our incredible wigmaker who will combine the hairs and make wigs for children who lose their hair due to cancer treatment.
